COOL GIRL COLLECTIVE – Consignment Terms & Conditions

At Cool Girl Collective, our consignment program is designed to empower you. You choose what you sell  and set your own prices. We encourage you to stop by throughout the month to check on your

items and adjust pricing as needed to maximize your sales.

By consigning with Cool Girl Collective (“we,” “us,” “our”), you (“Consigner”) agree to the following

Terms & Conditions:

1. Sales, Pricing & Item Preparation

• Consigners determine the items they bring and set their own prices.

• All items must arrive already tagged and priced before being placed on the sales floor.

• Cool Girl Collective does not guarantee that any item will sell.

• Consigners are encouraged to promote their items on social media. Tag us and we will share your

posts.

2. Consignment Term & Booth Use

• Consignment periods run from the 1st to the 1st of each month.

• Vendors/consigners may not share booth or rack space with another vendor.

• Items may be restocked anytime, with a maximum of 50 active items allowed at once.

3. Payment Schedule

• Consigners receive 70% of their net sales.

• Financial statements are reconciled monthly, and payouts will be ready on the Tuesday after the end

of the month.

• All sales information is available in the Puppet Vendor Portal.

4. Monthly Fee

• The first month’s $80 fee is paid upfront.

• Monthly fees are NON-REFUNDABLE under all circumstances.• Future monthly fees will be automatically deducted from your payout unless you notify us that you are

discontinuing before the new month begins.

5. Storewide Sales & Discounts

• Cool Girl Collective may occasionally run storewide sales or promotions.

• During these sales, consigned items may be discounted from their listed price.

• Storewide sales are typically held during slower periods in an effort to increase overall sales and

benefit vendors through higher sales volume.

6. Removal of Items by Cool Girl Collective

• Cool Girl Collective reserves the right, at its discretion, to remove any item from the sales floor at any

time.

• Cool Girl Collective also reserves the right to refuse any merchandise that does not align with store

standards.

7. Liability, Loss, Theft & Damage

• Cool Girl Collective is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged merchandise.

• Although we have surveillance and anti-theft measures in place, no system is guaranteed.

• Consigning indicates your understanding of this risk.

8. Termination of Contract

• Cool Girl Collective may terminate your contract at any time, for any reason.

• In the case of termination or eviction, vendors will have 7 days to remove all items.

• Items not removed within 7 days will become property of Cool Girl Collective.

9. Legal Compliance

• Vendors must comply with all applicable City, State, and Federal laws, ordinances, and codes.

10. End of Consignment

• When you end your consignment, all unsold items must be picked up within 2 weeks.

• Items left beyond 2 weeks will be considered abandoned and may be donated or handled at our

discretion.• If you choose to donate remaining items, please notify us.

11. Item Condition & Store Standards

• All items must be clean, odor-free, and in sellable condition.

• We reserve the right to decline or remove items that do not meet store quality standards.

12. Marketing & Promotion

• By consigning with us, you grant Cool Girl Collective the right to photograph, display, and promote

your items in-store, online, and across all marketing channels.

13. Agreement

By consigning with Cool Girl Collective, you acknowledge that you have read, understand, and agree to

these Terms & Conditions.
