What is the return policy?
Because of our business set up we are unable to do returns. We have fitting rooms and encourage you to try on before you buy.
Is this a thrift store?
A thrift store by definition is a store that sells donations. We are not that. We buy wholesale quantities from warehouses at discounts and sell them to you. We are a cool girl version of Mardens.
Where do you get your stuff
are you asking how i make my secret sauce? Ive trained my whole life for this. I am a professional deal getter, networker. I have finagled my way in with warehouses, i have people who source for me from all over the country, i buy large quantities.
Are these real?
Everything with a Cool Girl tag is authenticate. Because of the huge quantity of items that are consigned we are unable to authenticate every item consigners bring in. but there are apps on your phone that you can get that will quickly tell you if something is real.
Did people really donate this stuff?
No i absolutely wish. Occassionaly we receive donations and those are thrown into our scale sale pile that we sell off for $2 a lb. Definitely check one out if you're looking for a bargain.
Why is everything so expensive?
Man i feel ya. So we mostly sell really trendy brands that have higher price points. On average the jeans we sell in the store would retail $90-$150. We sell ours for $30-$40. I understand that still feels expensive to some but our store is for people who enjoy trendy high quality brands.. Its difficult to find jeans anywhere for less than 30-40 dollars. Our store offers brand new with tags to very lightly used denim. Our jeans are quality brands that last and them being worn once or twice does not make them only worth $5. and hey! free will exists.if you don't like the price of something then it wasnt meant for you. let a sales associate know what you're looking for and what your budget is and i am sure we can help.
Do you ship?
We do. We are still getting our website updated so what is on there is limited.
Do you take requests?
YES would love to hear what you're looking for. It can be a general request for a brand or if you're looking to change up your look i offer personal styling. Just send me your sizes and the vibe and what day you can come in (atleast a week needed) and i will put together some looks for you to come in and try on!

How can i set up consigning in your store?
We are actively working on a sign up process you can do online.
Do you buy on site?
No. We don't. in our experience, it only pisses people off.
What are your consignment fees?
our consignment fees are flat $80 plus 30% commission. You get to pick what sells and pick your prices. If you have high quality brands that people want then you will make far more from our consignment model then a typical 40-60 split.
How many items can i sell?
you can have upto 50 items at a time. as items sell you are welcome to restock them. i dont care if you have 300 items to get rid of. if theyre as good as you say they are then youll be able to restock quickly and keep them moving. This limit is not negotiable.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is calculated based on your location and the items in your order. You will always know the shipping price before you purchase.
